Where can I purchase tickets for the rides?
Point passes and unlimited ride wristbands can be purchased at any Camp Snoopy ticket booth or Guest
Relations. The ticket booth located at the East entrance to the Park is open during Park hours.
Additional ticket booths can be found at the other main entrances to the Park and their hours of
operation may vary. Guest Relations is located on the north side of the Park on the second level,
near the Skyscraper Ferris Wheel. Annual passes, as well as point passes and unlimited ride
wristbands, can be purchased here. Avoid standing in ticket booth lines by using the several
Automated Ticket Sellers located in the Park. These machines allow the four ticket packages to be
purchased with cash or credit card.
Is Camp Snoopy open year round?
Camp Snoopy is open 364 days of the year. The Park is closed on Christmas Day. At various times of the
year Camp Snoopy chooses to rotate the operation of rides to accommodate guests. Some rides may be
closed periodically as we refresh them for your safety and enjoyment. Please call Guest Relations

about specific rides.
Are there any cash machines at Camp Snoopy?
There are two ATMs in Camp Snoopy. You can find one located across from the entrance to the Log Chute
and the other is located across from SpongeBob SquarePants: The Ride.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Personal checks are accepted with proper identification (valid driver’s license or state ID). VISA,
MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express credit cards are all accepted. Traveler's checks
drawn on a US bank account are also accepted.
What articles can I bring with me on the rides?
Most rides cannot accommodate telephones, pagers, purses, cameras, stuffed animals, or bulky objects.
Please leave them in a locker or with a non-rider. We suggest that you carry smaller belongings in
pockets that can be fastened shut or a pack worn around your waist to avoid losing them. On The
Mighty Axe absolutely no loose articles or packs are allowed.
Where can I find guest lockers?
Guest lockers are located next to Guest Relations inside Camp Snoopy. You can also find lockers
located on the first level at each of the four main entrances to Mall of America.
What happens if my group gets separated?
Camp Snoopy does not have a public address system. Please make sure all members of your group know
where and when to meet. Should you become separated, all lost children are brought to Camp Snoopy's
Guest Relations.
Am I allowed to smoke at Camp Snoopy?
In cooperation with the Minnesota Clean Air act smoking is prohibited except in designated sections
of the Stampede Steakhouse and the Stadium Club Sports and Bar.
Will Camp Snoopy donate tickets to my charitable organization?
Camp Snoopy enthusiastically partners with designated charities each year which embody community,
children and hope. These organizations include: Give Kid’s The World, Make A Wish, Twin Cities Boys
and Girls Club, Camp Heartland and the University Pediatrics Foundation. Camp Snoopy recognizes while
there are many charities and organizations to contribute towards, we are committed to making an
impact through our designated partners.
Camp Snoopy receives thousands of charitable donation requests each year including numerous community
minded charities and schools. We have made special school group and non-profit rates available which
we hope offers a chance for everyone to enjoy the fun of Camp Snoopy. You can visit our Group Sales

Can we bring our own food into the Park?
Due to local health regulations, outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the Park.
Do you have strollers or wheelchairs to rent?
Mall of America has a limited supply of strollers and wheelchairs available to rent on a first-come,
first-serve basis. For more information, please stop by Mall of America’s Guest Service Centers,
located at the main entrances of the Mall on the first level.
I have a Camp Snoopy Annual Pass. Can I use these at other Cedar Fair parks?
At this time, the Camp Snoopy Annual Pass is only valid at Camp Snoopy-Mall of America and is not
valid at any other Cedar Fair Amusement Park.
Are cameras allowed in the Park?
Guests may photograph or film their visit to Camp Snoopy for private use only. Picture taking on most
rides is not permitted due to safety reasons. Ride operators may not hold cameras for guests. Cameras
are considered loose articles and must follow loose article policy. Cameras are permitted on the
Skyscraper Ferris Wheel and the bench of the Americana Carousel.
What is Camp Snoopy’s policy on line jumping?
We want everyone to be given a fair opportunity to enjoy a ride as quickly as possible, therefore,
line jumping (cutting in front of guests, leaving the line, attempting to re-enter or saving places
in line) is not permitted under any circumstances.
Does Camp Snoopy have a dress code?
Camp Snoopy is a family-oriented amusement park and appropriate dress is required at all times. Shirts
and shoes are required. Graphics and language on clothing must be acceptable while in the Park.
Bathing suits are not allowed at Camp Snoopy.
Where can we receive first aid at Camp Snoopy?
Mall of America Security assists with all first aid requests. If you are in need of first aid, stop
by Camp Snoopy’s Guest Relations, located on the second level near the Skyscraper Ferris Wheel, and
they will contact Security for you.
